Red Bull Pump Track World Cup Qualifier - Cambridge

What a day of pump track racing in Cambridge! Even with a stacked global field of riders we saw local riders take the win in a fast, action packed day.

Evo was an official partner for the Red Bull Pumptrack World Qualifiers in Cambridge last Saturday. We were on site all day and provided the official tech support stand to look after all of the racers bikes. A smoking hot day meant the asphalt was grippy and brows were sweaty!

The theme for the day quickly became bmx vs. mtb. Who is faster, who will take it out. Michael Bias looked like weaponry out on his warm up runs, he was the early favourite at the Evo Tent and the eventual winner on the day.

FINAL RESULTS:

Women's Category
  • 1st Jessie Smith
  • 2nd Sarah Walker
  • 3rd Rebecca Petch
  • 4th Manon Veenstra
Men's Category
  • 1st Michael Bias
  • 2nd Bennet Greenough
  • 3rd Jayden Fleming
  • 4th Bas Van Steenbergen
