An Update From Evo On COVID-19 (Coronavirus)

Date updated: 26/03/2020

Riding is Evo’s passion. We live and breathe bikes. It's our time to escape the everyday and have fun. It’s great for mental well-being and an excellent way to avoid the crowds. How we ride may look a bit different right now, but when it’s part of who you are, it’s so important to hold onto what makes you happy.

So in a time when some of our fellow kiwis are stressing out, we just wanted to say.

Keep calm. Carry on and ride your bike (solo)!

Can I still shop online at Evo?

During the level 4 alert you can continue to shop online. However, our dispatch centres are not operating so we are unable to process orders until further notice. Orders placed during the closure will be queued and dispatched as soon as we can resume operations.

Evo showrooms will be closed from Wednesday 25th of March until the alert level is reduced. We will be following the Government's advice regarding the nationwide lockdown, and as soon as they have indicated we can re-open one or more of our showrooms, we will do so. Check back on our site for more information as announcements are made.

During the nationwide lockdown, all of our showrooms will be closed and unfortunately we will be unable to facilitate Click & Collect. Your order will still be with the showroom, ready to process, as soon as we reopen. You will receive a notification when your order is ready to be collected.

All our online orders are charged when you complete your purchase in our online checkout. (Any Interest Free orders on GEM Visa or GE Creditline, will have funds allocated, but will not be charged until you have received your items.)

If you placed an online order before Wednesday 25th of March, your order should still be with the courier to be delivered as normal. If you have yet to receive a dispatch notification or have questions about an outstanding order, please contact us here. Otherwise, we will endeavour to provide updates on delivery as the situation progresses.

Yes, you will be able to cancel your online order and request a refund. Please note, if your order is in transit with a courier or delivery company, we will be unable to facilitate a return and process a refund during the lockdown.
