Delivery Information for New Zealand
On all orders over $99 Evo Cycles offers free delivery to any physical address in New Zealand - this INCLUDES large and bulky items and bikes!
$5 FLAT-RATE FREIGHT
On orders under $99 we charge $5 flat-rate freight. This is so we can give our customers (that's you!) the most competitive pricing available for small parts and accessories. There are no hidden shipping costs and you know exactly what you're paying for.

How long does delivery take?
Delivery times are generally 3-4 working days. Please allow an extra 1-2 working days for Rural delivery. During peak season, delivery times can be extended up to 5 days. This isn't a hard and fast rule as your bike may take extra time if: - your bike has to be ordered from our suppliers - you have any special requests in regards to parts being put on bikes or taken off eg. customising handle bars etc - you have a bike with a dropper post or full suspension, as it may take longer to set up.
Please note that there may be delays in receiving your online order from 24th December until the 15th of January, due to limited courier runs.
If your order hasn't turned up within the expected delivery time frame, we recommend calling the courier company on the tracking details emailed to you when your order was dispatched. If you're still having trouble, please give us a call on 0800 424 537 extension 2329.
Can you ship to my PO Box?
Unfortunately we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes. Please provide us with a physical address.
